Hi! My name is Kitty Kitty. I’m a four year old female calico. Some say I’m a little shy, but only at first. Once you get to know me you will find that I love to be held like a baby. I like to spend my time on a certain shelf at the sanctuary. It’s right inside the door and I like to think of myself as the official greeter. I purr and mew when anyone comes in. My veterinarian thinks I would do very well as an indoor cat. I have a small amount of nerve damage to my back legs that would make it had for me to run fast, but indoors I can do anything and have no special needs. Prrrrr …….
Hi! My name is Hero. I’m told I had an injury as a very young kitten. Two visitors from the mainland found me near Lili’uokalani Gardens with my right front arm severely injured. My friend Linda at Rainbow Friends Animal Sanctuary came to my rescue and brought me to the Doctor. My arm didn’t survive but I sure did! I can climb to the highest perches to be with my feline friends and scamper down to get a massage from my human friends. I’m pretty easy going and have no special needs; well maybe a cat treat now and then(
Would you like to adopt a real live Hero?
“This long haired gray and white beauty is Lexi. She is a three year old female with a very sweet disposition and would make a lovely “lap cat”. She is very friendly and loves to be around people, and in addition, she gets along great with other cats and children. She is looking for her fur-ever home and would love to come home with you!”
Can you overlook some imperfections and see the beautiful soul inside? Handsome Ditto has lost one eye and the other is very cloudy, but he has some vision and is able to get around fine. He is eight years old and very affectionate, doesn’t need medication or other special care. However, living in a cattery with many other cats, he feels compelled to “mark” his territory with urine. With the chance to be an only cat in your home, his behavior may become perfect, but he can always come back here if it doesn’t. Please open your heart and Home to this sweet guy!
Sweet little Iris loves to dress up, and here she is modeling her favorite pink heart sweater. Just two years old, she was rescued from a terrible hoarding situation where unsecured chemicals caused damage to her eyes, but she can see fine and requires no special care. She is a quiet lap kitty who would love to be part of your family!
This wonderful female torti lost one of her eyes as a kitten but had a fighting spirit and made it back to health. She is now 1 1/2 years old and is playful and loving. She gets along with other cats and loves company. Beautiful Zena would love to be your favorite friend. Do you have room in your heart for this playful gal?
